HOW DOES IT WORK?
SafeTalk is a reporting system for employees and also a platform for those handling all reports.
The form can be found directly in the application after registration and contains all the legal information. It is possible to customize it with corporate colors or add questions for employees. The form is one of the reporting channels and also includes email and phone - other reporting channels that the whistleblower can use.
Laws require that you publish the form on the website. This way, employees can access it and when they see it, they will find all the information needed to send a report.
The whistleblower will find an option on the website to send a report and will go through the system until the point when they send the report. In any case, they will be generated a code for subsequent communication, so they can communicate with you safely and anonymously at any time.
As soon as an employee sends a report, the handler receives a notification. The handler can then review and evaluate the message or voice recording. They have the option to send additional questions to the whistleblower.
Connect with colleagues securely, so that no details of the report leak out. Send them an email directly from the app and the response will come back to you, where it is archived.
SafeTalk serves as one large secured archive. And when an inspection comes? Simply generate an audit trail and prove to the inspection that no one else had access to the system. And if you've diligently handled a report, you're all set.
